- Inquiries and guide requests: your name, email, phone number, partner's name, company (for corporate events), event type, preferred date and flexibility, estimated guest count, budget range, how you found us, and anything you write in your message.
- Open house and event RSVPs: your name, email, mobile number, number of additional guests and, if you choose, their emails, your event date or season, and your guided tour time.
- Tour scheduling: when you book a tour, the details you enter in our scheduling tool (provided by Microsoft).
- Messages: anything you send us by email or text.

- How you found us: when you first visit, your browser stores the page you landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (for example, from The Knot or a social post). This stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit an inquiry, so we know which channels help couples find us.
