No service fees. Refundable damage retainers are required for both venue and mansion reservations. Planning your ceremony at Bentley? Add $900 for your choice of ceremony site, setup and teardown of chairs for up to 200 guests, and a rain backup plan.
Pricing for 2028 through 2029 may increase by up to 20%. Book early for the best rates.

Found the one? Let us know, and we'll hold your date for up to 10 days while you get your signed agreement and reservation retainer together.
Within those 10 days, return your signed agreement with your choice of reservation retainer: 25% or 50%. If you choose 25%, the second 25% is due 60 to 90 days after the first. Your date is officially yours once your agreement and retainer are in.
Your final balance and refundable damage retainer are due 90 days before your celebration.
A beautiful wedding takes a good team. Our venue team looks after the property and the venue services included in your reservation, while your wedding planner or coordinator manages the celebration according to your agreement with them. We’re happy to introduce you to professionals who know Bentley well.
